Exploring how shadows are formed!

Science!

We worked in pairs and used building materials to create a landscape. We thought carefully about using gaps and different heights of blocks to create interesting landscapes. We then used torches to explore the shadows that could be created. We experimented how the shadows could be changed to make them longer or shorter too.

I think Class 3AA and 3KB had a lot of fun doing this!
